Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise electrical works including HT/LT systems, power distribution, and lighting installations.

- Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submissions.

- Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.

- Monitor installation of transformers, DG sets, switchgears, panels, cables, and earthing systems.

- Conduct load calculations and ensure effective power distribution planning.

- Oversee testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, electrical safety standards, and project specifications.

- Track project progress, quality, and cost controls to ensure timely completion.

- Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and material reconciliation.

- Prepare project reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.

- Support project handover and defect liability period activities.
