- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering (EE/EEE).

1. Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Power Distribution Sector.

- Experience in RDSS projects or DISCOM-related projects will be preferred.

1. Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor and supervise field activities related to power distribution.

- Coordinate with DISCOM officials, contractors, and field teams.

- Monitor distribution infrastructure work, including HT/LT lines, transformers, DTRs, and feeder-related activities.

- Ensure project execution as per approved technical specifications and timelines.

- Conduct site inspections and monitor work quality.

- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.

- Identify field-level issues and coordinate for timely resolution.





- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and project guidelines.

1. Required Skills

- Good knowledge of power distribution systems.

- Understanding of HT/LT networks, DTRs, transformers, and feeders.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

- Valuable communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

- Ability to manage field activities independently.
