Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Specialist – BIM Electrical with 3+ years of experience to support Electrical BIM project execution, coordination, and delivery. The role involves managing assigned project activities, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, maintaining model quality, and contributing to efficient project workflows and timely deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for Electrical projects.
- Plan and execute assigned project activities, including task allocation and resource coordination.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Create, review, and manage Electrical BIM models and associated documentation.
- Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements, BIM standards, and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, BIM Leads, Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.
- Identify workflow gaps,



troubleshoot technical challenges, and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and coordination records.
- Support project handovers, documentation closure, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to effective resource utilization and overall project efficiency.

Software Proficiency

- Autodesk Revit: Electrical BIM modeling, documentation, and model management.
- Navisworks Manage: Clash detection, 3D model review, and coordination.
- AutoCAD: Reviewing and interpreting electrical drawings.
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360: Model sharing, collaboration, and document management.
- Dynamo: Knowledge of BIM automation and workflow optimization will be an advantage.
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in Electrical BIM modeling and project execution.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of BIM standards, workflows, coordination, and project deliverables.
- Positive planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Experience working on US-based or international projects will be an added advantage.
