Kuhltherm is looking for an experienced and highly analytical Electrical Design Engineer with 7-10 years of hands-on experience to lead the electrical architecture and integration for our next-generation cooling products.

This position reports to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and offers high ownership in a rapid-growing startup environment.

Key Skills :

- Electrical & Controls Mastery: Deep understanding of electrical control loops, power distribution, and schematic design for low-voltage systems.
- Wiring Architecture Expertise: Advanced, practical knowledge of multi-voltage DC wiring systems, specifically managing 5V, 24V, and 48V architectures.
- ECAD Proficiency: Expert use of electrical CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks Electrical, EPLAN, Altium, or AutoCAD Electrical) for creating schematics, manufacturing drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Mechanical & Spatial Awareness: Proven track record of successfully packaging electrical hardware into tight,



challenging mechanical spaces alongside mechanical teams.

Added Advantages Preferred Skills

- Embedded Systems Understanding: Solid grasp of embedded systems, microcontroller interfacing, firmware logic, and communication protocols (e.g., CAN bus, Modbus, I2C, SPI).
- Thermal/Cooling Domain Experience: Prior experience designing electrical systems for HVAC, refrigeration, industrial cooling, or automotive thermal management.

Education:

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to take complete ownership of projects and mentor junior engineers, while collaborating smoothly with mechanical and software cross-functional teams.
