Job Summary

We are looking for a well-organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the DGM Sales in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with different branches, maintaining reports, managing information, and ensuring smooth execution of routine tasks.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with different branches for regular updates, information, and follow-ups.
2. Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
3. Assist the DGM – Sales in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
4. Follow up with branch teams to ensure timely submission of reports and information.
5. Maintain records, data, and MIS reports using MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
6. Prepare presentations, emails, and other official documents as required.
7. Coordinate meetings,



schedules, and communication on behalf of the DGM – Sales.
8. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with internal teams and stakeholders.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any stream.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.
- Ability to prepare and maintain reports and MIS data.
- Valuable interpersonal skills and professional conduct.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.

Experience: Prior experience in an Executive Assistant, Sales Coordination, or MIS role will be preferred.
