Grade(M3/M4) Location: Raigarh

Roles & Responsibilities

· Lead HSE strategy and governance across mining operations, ensuring alignment with company standards, ESG commitments, and Zero Harm objectives.

· Drive critical risk management through effective hazard identification, mitigation, emergency preparedness, and response.

· Strengthen HSE management systems through audits, inspections, certifications, and timely closure of compliance gaps.

· Monitor HSE performance, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

· Enhance safety culture through leadership engagement, contractor management, workforce competency, and safety awareness initiatives.

· Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable mining, safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Desired Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Safety, Fire & Safety, Mechanical, Electrical,



Civil Engineering, or related discipline with relevant HSE specialization or additional qualifications in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Fire & Safety, HSE Management, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized institution.

· NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent certifications preferred.

· 12-18 years of HSE experience in mining, metals, manufacturing, or other heavy industrial environments.

· Solid expertise in safety, occupational health, fire management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

· Proven capability in HSE leadership, incident management, audits, and driving safety culture transformation.
