About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Domestic Travel Operations Executive to manage end-to-end travel operations for domestic tour packages across India.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with hotels, transport vendors, local suppliers and customers to ensure smooth execution of travel itineraries and deliver an excellent travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate and manage domestic tour packages across India.
- Handle hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing and activity reservations.
- Coordinate with hotels, resorts, taxi operators and local vendors.
- Prepare and manage day-wise travel itineraries.
- Negotiate with hotels and transport vendors to get competitive rates.
- Ensure all bookings and travel arrangements are confirmed before the guest's arrival.
- Coordinate with the sales team for itinerary execution and booking requirements.
- Handle on-trip guest support and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain booking records, vendor databases and payment schedules.
- Share hotel vouchers, driver details and travel confirmation documents with customers.
- Monitor trip execution and ensure quality service throughout the journey.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in domestic travel operations.
- Good knowledge of Indian tourist destinations such as Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir, Kerala, Uttarakhand, Goa and Northeast India.
- Experience in hotel booking, transportation coordination and itinerary planning.
- Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of travel CRM and booking software will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in a travel agency or tour operator company.
- Must be responsible, organised and proactive.
- Should be comfortable coordinating with vendors and customers over calls and WhatsApp.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak travel seasons.
