We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dispatch Manager to oversee daily dispatch operations, ensure timely shipment of orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with warehouse, production, logistics partners, and customer service teams. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in e-commerce and B2B dispatch operations, and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced workplace.

Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch & Shipment Management

- Plan, supervise, and execute daily dispatch activities.
- Ensure all customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within defined timelines.
- Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with courier, transport, and logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with dispatch procedures, documentation, and shipping regulations.
- Track and resolve shipment delays, shortages, or delivery issues.

Warehouse Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock availability.
- Monitor order fulfillment accuracy and minimize dispatch errors.
- Conduct regular checks on packing quality and dispatch readiness.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of finished goods.

Team Management
- Lead, train, and supervise dispatch staff, supervisors, and warehouse personnel.
- Allocate daily workloads and monitor team productivity.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift planning.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.

Process Improvement
- Develop and implement efficient dispatch processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve turnaround times.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
- On-Time Dispatch Rate
- Order Accuracy
- Courier SLA Compliance
- Dispatch Productivity
- Return-to-Origin (RTO) Rate

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain dispatch records, shipping documents, and courier manifests.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.




- Coordinate with accounts and sales teams regarding shipment documentation.
- Ensure accurate ERP/WMS updates.

Equipment & Facility Management
- Ensure smooth functioning of packing stations, printers, scanners, and dispatch equipment.
- Report and coordinate maintenance of operational equipment.
- Maintain workplace safety and housekeeping standards.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Experience managing dispatch teams and courier operations.
- Knowledge of ERP, WMS, Excel, and shipping software.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. is preferred.
