We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in dispatch and logistics to manage our B2B and B2C shipments, from dispatch to final delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily dispatches for website, marketplace and bulk orders.

- Coordinate packing, documentation, shipment booking and timely pickups.

- Track shipments and follow up on delays, failed deliveries, NDRs and RTOs.

- Raise and follow up on lost, damaged or shortage claims until closure.

- Maintain positive relationships with courier partners, transporters and channel POCs.

- Maintain dispatch records, delivery updates and pending issue reports.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in dispatch and logistics is a must.

- Familiar with courier portals, tracking, claims and Excel.

- Good communication and follow-up skills in Hindi and English.

- Responsible, organised and able to resolve issues independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
