About the Company

Konverto is an interior production and modular furniture manufacturing company catering to the interior industry. We manufacture modular furniture and interior components with a focus on quality, precision and timely delivery.

We are looking for three responsible and organised Dispatch Executives to manage finished-product dispatch operations at our manufacturing facility.

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating the complete dispatch process, from finished-product verification and packing to loading and transportation coordination. The role requires close coordination with production, stores, quality and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely dispatches.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch operations for modular furniture and interior products.
- Verify finished furniture components and products against job orders, BOMs and dispatch lists.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure products are ready for dispatch.
- Check product quantity, dimensions, labels and condition before packing.
- Supervise packing, labelling and identification of furniture components.
- Ensure proper handling and protection of laminates, panels, shutters and finished furniture.
- Coordinate loading, unloading and vehicle arrangements.




- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, delivery challans and material movement records.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, delivery teams and internal departments.
- Track dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Report shortages, damages, mismatches or missing components before dispatch.
- Maintain proper dispatch records and update the ERP system.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse or manufacturing operations.
- Experience in furniture manufacturing, modular furniture, interior production or carpentry-related industries will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of furniture components, panels, shutters, hardware and finished products.
- Knowledge of packing, material handling and dispatch documentation.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems will be an advantage.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a factory environment and manage dispatch activities efficiently.
