Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in any fieldExperience:

10+ years of relevant experience, ideally across education, school systems or the social sector. :

Lead the vision and performance of Akanksha schools in Nagpur- Set the city's school vision, priorities and goals in partnership with School Leaders and the Chief of Schools & Alumni, Ensure strong outcomes across academics, student well-being, school culture, parent engagement and operations, Use data, school observations and leadership insights to identify priorities and drive continuous improvement, Create consistency where needed while enabling individual schools to respond to their context.

Build exceptional school leadership- Develop a strong community of School Leaders who learn from one another and take collective ownership for the city's outcomes, Coach and develop School Leaders and city teams, strengthening their ability to lead high-performing schools,



Build leadership pipelines and support the onboarding and development of new School Leaders, Create a culture of high expectations, learning, openness and accountability.

Build Nagpur for growth- Strengthen the talent, systems, structures and ways of working required as the city matures and grows, Lead the Network Support Team, School Operations and Finance at city level to provide effective whole-school support, Identify emerging opportunities and challenges and translate them into clear city priorities, Bring an entrepreneurial approach to building what Nagpur needs next rather than simplymreplicating what works elsewhere.

Build strong government and ecosystem partnerships- Build trusted, sustained relationships with Nagpur Municipal Corporation and other relevant government stakeholders, Understand government priorities, navigate the public education ecosystem and identify opportunities for collaboration, Represent Akanksha credibly with government, funders, corporates, NGOs and other external partners, Help translate learning from Akanksha schools into opportunities for broader systemic influence and impact.

Contribute to One Akanksha- Work closely with central and city teams across Talent & Culture, Operations, Finance, Development and the School function, Contribute to Akanksha's organisation-wide strategy and priorities, Champion the Ek Team, Ek Akanksha culture across the city and organisation, Participate in the selection and development of key talent.Department:
