- Own tower strategy, scope, organisation, delivery plan, quality and client relationships.
- Lead clinical outcomes, readmission, length-of-stay, population-health and patient-safety analytics.
- Govern clinical data definitions, source-system integration, data quality and reporting controls.
- Build the clinical domain, analytics, data engineering and BI leadership bench.
- Ensure analytical outputs support, but do not replace, licensed clinical decision-making.
Experience And Capability Requirements
- 15+ years in healthcare analytics, provider operations, clinical informatics or health-data leadership.
- Depth in patient health, population health, clinical quality and provider data.
- Experience leading large analytics/data teams and executive stakeholders.
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR data, interoperability and healthcare privacy.
