We are looking for an experienced Director EVBV/PA to lead US Healthcare RCM operations, drive business growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale US Healthcare RCM operations.
- Oversee EVBV/PA functions and ensure operational efficiency.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and transformation.
- Manage P&L;, productivity, quality, and operational KPIs.
- Handle client relationships and senior stakeholder management.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and US healthcare regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Required Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in US Healthcare / RCM.
- Strong expertise in EVBV/PA operations.
- Experience in large-scale team and operations management.
- Good understanding of US healthcare billing, claims, AR, denials, and collections.
- Robust P&L;, client management, and leadership skills.
