About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating quality leads, and scaling our online presence.

Key Responsibilities-

- Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics (ROI, CTR, CPC, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
- Content & SEO: Collaborate with the content team to optimize website copy, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines and maximum user engagement.
- Social Media & Outreach: Manage organic social media channels, build community engagement, and coordinate performance marketing initiatives.
- Market Research:



Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and new consumer behavior insights.

Requirements- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).

Skills:

- Solid working knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
