Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead our brand growth across organic and paid channels. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional search optimization, modern AI-driven search models, and performance advertising.

The ideal candidate does not just follow standard playbooks—they actively track cultural and social media micro-trends, experiment with emerging platforms, and develop creative campaigns that convert. You will own end-to-end strategy across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, and organic trend-jacking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Next-Gen Search Strategy (SEO, AEO & GEO)

- Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO architectures to ensure sustained high organic rankings across traditional search engines.
- Develop and execute AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to ensure our brand is cited, sourced, and recommended by AI engines and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini/AI Overviews, Perplexity).
- Conduct structured entity-based keyword research, schema markup implementation, and content architecture mapping tailored for semantic search.

2. Paid Performance & Media Buying (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (B2B demand gen, lead gen forms, sponsored content).
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing on ad creatives, copy hooks, landing pages, and audience targeting parameters.
- Manage ad spend allocation, maintaining strict accountability for ROAS, CAC, CPL, and LTV metrics.

Trend Spotting & Creative Innovation

- Monitor social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts) to identify viral formats, audio trends, and cultural conversations early.
- Translate platform-specific cultural moments into actionable, on-brand marketing ideas and rapid-turnaround campaigns.
- Propose fresh campaign formats, community growth initiatives, and cross-channel storytelling concepts that differentiate the brand in a crowded market.

4. Analytics, Attribution & Reporting

- Build and maintain clean cross-channel tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Deliver bi-weekly and monthly performance dashboards highlighting channel efficiency, generative search visibility, paid campaign ROI, and clear optimization next steps.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in full-funnel digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth strategy.
- Modern Search Fluency: Proven experience with standard technical/content SEO, alongside a demonstrated understanding of how LLM-based search engines (AEO/GEO) retrieve and cite information.
- Paid Media Expertise: Hands-on mastery of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Analytical Skills: High proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio (or similar BI tools), Google Tag Manager, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Trend & Creative Instincts: A solid pulse on social media culture, meme literacy, short-form video dynamics, and audience psychology.
- Tool Stack Experience: Familiarity with industry tools such as Semrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Optmyzr, Canva/Figma (for brief mockups), and AI-assisted workflow tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
