Department: CV Sales

Job Purpose: To support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, guiding the sales team and ensuring good customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Guide and motivate Sales Consultants to improve their performance.
- Follow up with customers and help convert enquiries into sales.
- Monitor daily sales activities and update sales reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up of customer enquiries and leads.
- Assist in planning sales activities and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate vehicle bookings, finance, insurance and delivery.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the team in resolving customer issues.
- Follow company policies and Mahindra sales procedures.

Qualification:
Degree in any discipline preferred.

Experience:
Experience in automobile sales is preferred. Candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
