Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a well-spoken and motivated Telecaller to join our salon in Kozhikode.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact previous and existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Explain and promote the salon's services, products, and ongoing offers.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, feedback, and service requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
- Ensure polite, professional, and effective communication with all customers.

Requirements

- Good proficiency in English and Malayalam.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented approach.




- Basic knowledge of salon services and products, or willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work full-time on-site at the salon.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
