Note:

- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably within

the hospitality industry.

- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.

- Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel workplace is desirable.

- Strong working knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll

administration and HR practices.

- Experience in managing employee relations and handling disciplinary matters.

- Practical experience in manpower budgeting,



payroll controls and employee cost

management.

- Experience with HRMS platforms; Prologic HRMS experience will be an added

advantage.

- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work closely with senior management and departmental HODs.

- High levels of integrity, confidentiality and professional conduct.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
