Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
- Allocate duties and ensure timely completion of assigned housekeeping tasks.
- Inspect all assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and workplace standards.
- Maintain housekeeping schedules, attendance, checklists, and daily operational records.
- Monitor the availability and proper usage of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and cleaning materials.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or hygiene concerns to the concerned department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, hygiene protocols, and housekeeping procedures.

Requirements





- Minimum 10th/12th Pass; relevant qualification will be an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong team management, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of cleaning, hygiene, and housekeeping procedures.
- Good communication skills with the ability to handle staff and operational issues professionally.
- Punctual, responsible, disciplined, and well-organized, with the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
