Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MIS professional with a robust background in the real estate industry to manage business reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and management reports. The candidate should be proficient in Excel, data management, and MIS reporting to support business operations and management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and management reports.
- Track sales, collections, project progress, and operational performance.
- Monitor project-wise and department-wise data and performance metrics.
- Analyse data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, CRM,



and Project teams for data collection.
- Track budgets, targets, actuals, and variances.
- Automate reports and streamline MIS processes.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management reviews.

Required Skills

- 4–8 years of experience in MIS, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
- Experience in preparing dashboards and management reports.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy.
