We are a small, fast-moving team, so your work goes straight into products people depend on.The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on robotics engineer to make sure our systems work reliably in the field and to help us build what comes next. You will test new hardware and software, find and fix problems, keep our deployed fleet healthy, and work closely with our US engineering team. You will start with testing and systems work and grow into development as you learn the product.What you will do

- Test recent hardware and software releases before they reach customers, write test plans, and report bugs clearly.
- Debug issues across hardware, software and network, and find the root cause, not just the symptom.
- Keep an eye on the health of deployed devices using our monitoring tools, and catch problems before they affect a school day.
- Own the daily readiness check of the fleet ahead of US school hours.
- Build scripts and tools that automate testing and monitoring.
- Work with the US team on fixes and improvements, and take on development tasks as you grow.




- Document what you learn so that recurring issues get solved for good.

What we are looking for

- Degree in Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics or similar.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in robotics, embedded systems, or hardware/software testing.
- Comfortable working on Linux and reading system logs.
- Good working knowledge of Python. Shell scripting is a plus.
- Understanding of sensors, cameras and embedded hardware.
- Basic networking and remote troubleshooting skills.
- Clear written English and the ability to explain a problem simply.
- Ownership: you follow a problem through until it is fixed.

Nice to have

- Experience with edge AI or computer vision.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and IoT communication protocols.
- Experience supporting devices deployed in the field.
