ALIMS School of Business is looking for a motivated, responsible, and student-oriented Student Mentor to support and guide students throughout their academic journey. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring student progress, addressing student concerns, coordinating with academic teams, and ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a genuine interest in student development and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide and mentor students throughout their academic and professional development.
- Act as the primary point of contact for student queries, concerns, and support requirements.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, participation, and engagement.
- Conduct regular student interactions, mentoring sessions, and follow-ups.
- Identify students who require additional support and provide appropriate guidance.
- Coordinate with faculty members, academic teams, and management to ensure effective student support.
- Communicate academic updates, institutional policies, schedules, and important announcements to students.
- Handle student grievances and concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Organize student development activities, workshops, and interactive sessions.
- Maintain student records, mentoring reports, attendance details,



and progress documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on student performance, engagement, and development.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
- M.Com (Master of Commerce)
- MBA (Master of Business Administration)

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in student mentoring, academic coordination, teaching, administration, counselling, or related fields.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and student-handling abilities.
- Good mentoring, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to coordinate with different departments and manage responsibilities effectively.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve professional skills.
