Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Telecalling Executive to join our team at Civilianz Centre.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain courses, training programs, and admission details to students.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly calling and admission targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 months of prior telecalling experience is mandatory.
- Freshers are not preferred for this position.




- Previous experience in Ed-Tech or educational counselling is preferred.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Target-oriented and enthusiastic attitude.
