Job Overview:

We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Accounts Executive to join our team. In this dynamic dual-function role, you will lead our digital marketing initiatives—driving online brand visibility, lead generation and customer engagement while managing day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice tracking, and basic financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Meta/Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Manage paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate qualified leads and maximize ROI.
- Oversee content creation, copy drafting, and campaign scheduling.
- Track and report on digital marketing KPIs, website traffic, and campaign analytics to optimize performance.
- Coordinate online customer inquiries and assist with online brand reputation.

Accounting & Finance Administration:

- Maintain day-to-day accounts, general ledgers, and transaction entries.
- Generate, verify, and follow up on customer invoices and vendor payments.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and track cash flow records.
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation for tax preparation, GST, and audit compliance.
- Monitor marketing campaign ad spend, budget allocations, and track overall ROI.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (BBA)
- Experience:



2–3 years of professional experience handling digital marketing campaigns alongside accounting or business finance administration.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic familiarity with creative tools and video editing softwares for social media asset preparation is a plus.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, robust numerical aptitude, solid written/verbal communication, and the ability to multitask effectively.
