Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Executive to manage our online selling operations across Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, catalogue management, order processing, inventory tracking, pricing, returns and daily marketplace operations.

Initially, the company will focus on women's handbags and fashion accessories, with plans to expand into its own brand in the future.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage product listings on Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon.
- Upload product photographs, titles, descriptions, prices and product specifications.
- Research competitors, market trends and selling prices.
- Process orders and coordinate product packing, shipping and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory records and update stock availability.
- Monitor cancellations, returns, customer complaints and seller ratings.
- Track sales, revenue, expenses and product-wise profitability.
- Coordinate with suppliers for product availability and quality checks.
- Manage marketplace promotions and discounts.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.




- Follow marketplace policies and maintain accurate product information.
- Support the development and launch of our own brand.

Required Skills

- Basic to good knowledge of Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon Seller Central.
- Knowledge of product listing and catalogue management.
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Understanding of inventory, order processing and returns.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of daily operations.

Qualification and Experience

- Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; freshers with practical marketplace knowledge may also apply.
- Experience in fashion accessories or handbag selling will be an advantage.

Salary

Indicative salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

- Accurate product listings and inventory records.
- Timely order processing and dispatch coordination.
- Regular monitoring of returns and cancellations.
- Accurate sales and profitability reports.
- Support for increasing sales and expanding the product catalogue.

Pay: ₹9,700.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
