We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help strengthen our online presence.

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, online visibility, and lead generation for our training programmes, workshops, seminars, and coaching services.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across various online platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Plan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads for motivational seminars, workshops, corporate training, and coaching programmes.
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve better results and ROI.
- Develop creative content ideas to promote the company's brand and services.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Manage website content and implement basic SEO activities.
- Research competitors, market trends, and audience behaviour.
- Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports.




- Work towards increasing social media reach, engagement, enquiries, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Positive knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of lead generation and online campaign management.
- Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and content creation.
- Good communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet marketing targets.

Freshers with good practical knowledge and digital marketing skills can also apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the education, coaching, personal development, or training industry.
- Knowledge of Instagram and YouTube growth strategies.
- Experience in promoting events, seminars, workshops, and online programmes.
- Basic video editing and reel creation skills.
- Knowledge of landing pages and lead management.
