– DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE (DME)

Support the Performance Manager in digital marketing coordination, lead data management, CRM reporting, creative review, and marketing report preparation to ensure data accuracy, timely deliverables, and smooth marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Coordination: Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, track deliverables, follow up on pending creative drafts, campaign reports, and data submissions, and report delays to the Performance Manager.

Lead Data Management: Compile daily and weekly lead data from CRM systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper categorisation by source, program, and qualification status.

CRM & CPL Tracking: Maintain lead records, identify data discrepancies, and update the Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) tracker within the specified timelines.

Content & Creative Review: Prepare program-wise content inputs, design briefs, and social media captions. Review creative drafts for factual errors, spelling mistakes, and branding inconsistencies.

Social Media Monitoring: Monitor social media pages, identify content or responsiveness gaps, and report them to the Performance Manager.

Reporting:



Prepare weekly and monthly marketing report drafts, compile relevant data, and ensure timely submission using the prescribed formats.

Documentation: Maintain accurate agency trackers and organise approved, rejected, and published creatives in the appropriate folders.

Coordination & Compliance: Follow up on pending tasks, identify data anomalies or unusual lead volume changes, and escalate issues to the Performance Manager promptly.

Requirements

Experience: Relevant experience in digital marketing support, CRM management, data compilation, reporting, or agency coordination is preferred.

Skills: Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, lead tracking, and performance reporting. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing processes is an advantage.
