Role: Digital Marketing Executive

We're looking for someone who can combine creativity, strategic thinking, technical marketing knowledge and data-driven decision-making to improve brand visibility, customer acquisition and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Immedone's digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
- Develop content strategies and create engaging Reels, posts, stories, videos, campaigns and promotional content.
- Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Manage SEO, SEM,AEO,GEO, keyword research and website optimisation to improve online visibility and organic traffic.
- Develop digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, Service Provider registrations and platform adoption.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, referral initiatives, influencer collaborations, email marketing and WhatsApp marketing activities.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance through analytics, audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing and conversion tracking.
- Conduct competitor research, analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for digital growth.
- Track marketing KPIs, prepare performance reports and continuously improve strategies based on results.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing,



performance marketing, social media marketing, content marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the overall digital marketing ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience planning, executing and optimising paid advertising campaigns.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM,AEO,GEO, keyword research and website optimisation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and short-form content.
- Ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies independently.
- Good written communication, copywriting and content development skills.
- Ability to generate creative marketing concepts and translate them into campaigns.
- Experience with marketing analytics, campaign tracking and performance reporting.
- Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, lead generation and conversion optimisation.
- Comfortable creating content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta Business Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing activities, campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.




- Willingness to experiment, learn and continuously improve marketing performance.

Preferred Skills

- Positive Tamil and English communication skills.
- Understanding of target audience behaviour.
- Experience creating Reels, short-form videos and other digital content.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Understanding of SEO tools, keyword research and website analytics.
- Knowledge of paid acquisition, retargeting, remarketing and audience segmentation.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console and Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, Meta Pixel and advertising campaign measurement.
- Exposure to email marketing, WhatsApp marketing and marketing automation.
- Experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Experience in startups, digital marketing agencies, marketplaces or consumer-facing businesses is an advantage.
