Digital Marketing Assistant – AI Video & Content Creation

We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Assistant in India with a genuine passion for AI video creation and digital promotion.

Responsibilities:

- Create professional AI videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Generate realistic AI voiceovers with natural pronunciation, emotion and timing.
- Create and publish content on social media, classified advertising and forum websites.
- Research recent AI tools and improve content quality.
- Assist with finding projects and submitting proposals on Upwork.

Requirements:

- Proven experience creating high-quality AI videos and voiceovers.
- Good written English and computer skills.
- Creativity, independence and willingness to learn.
- Leadership abilities are an advantage.

Working Conditions:

- Remote position with flexible working hours.
- 48 hours per week during training, reducing to 40 hours afterward.
- Salary increases to ₹15,000 per month after 3 months.
- Higher salary opportunities for candidates with leadership abilities.
