We are looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer to manage and supervise finishing operations in a Ductile Iron (DI) Pipe Manufacturing Plant.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise DI pipe finishing operations and ensure smooth production.
- Monitor grinding, cutting, surface preparation and coating activities.
- Ensure proper internal lining and external coating quality.
- Inspect pipe dimensions, surface defects, socket and spigot conditions.
- Identify and resolve finishing-related quality issues.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance departments.
- Monitor shift-wise production, rejection and downtime.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping practices.

Required Technical Skills
- Practical experience in DI pipe manufacturing is mandatory.
- Knowledge of finishing line operations and equipment.
- Understanding of grinding, coating, painting and cement lining processes.
- Knowledge of pipe dimensions and quality inspection.
- Ability to handle manpower and shift operations.
