Role & responsibilities

- Should be responsible to build AU brand in corporate world.

- Must have to take part and implement ATL/BTL activities.

- Bring placement opportunity and placing our students in the corporate world.

- Manage MIS too.

Preferred candidate profile

- Any PG degree (preferably STEM) with English medium background from 10th to till date.

- 5 to 7 years of experience in placement division preferably in HEI or recruitment agencies.

- Candidates must have positive network with campus leads of corporates.

Experience in Media, entertainment or legal industries would be added advantage.

- Should have excellent writing skill, document management and organizing skill and extremely good in relation building skill.

- Should be ready to take challenge of high target and achieve the same. Must be have habit to do cold call, leg work and ice breaking calls.

- Should develop good relationship and should have negotiation skill.
