MailerMen is hiring a DevOps / SRE Engineer for our Hyderabad team. You will improve deployment automation, infrastructure reliability and application observability, making releases faster, safer and more consistent. You will bring roughly two years of hands-on experience and help mentor newer team members. The position is onsite at our Hyderabad office, offering close collaboration with the local team.

Department: DevOps & Site Reliability Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

- Improve build times and pipeline reliability.
- Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational tasks.




- Collaborate with developers on reliability and release practices.
- Troubleshoot deployment and production incidents.
- Define alerts, dashboards and on-call runbooks.
- Containerize applications using Docker and support Kubernetes workloads.
- Monitor application health, logs and infrastructure metrics.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Positive to have: Kubernetes, Terraform, ELK Stack, GitHub Actions, Datadog, Ansible
