Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills:

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer (L2) with strong hands-on expertise in end-user IT support and troubleshooting.

Microsoft 365 & Outlook:

- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
- M365 application support, implementation and configuration.
- Email connectivity, profile configuration and troubleshooting.

Networking & Connectivity:

- LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
- Basic networking concepts and cable crimping knowledge.
- Wi-Fi setup, configuration and troubleshooting.

Hardware & Desktop Support:

- Strong troubleshooting skills in laptops, desktops and printers.
- Hardware/software installation and configuration.




- End-user technical support and issue resolution.

VIP & Executive Support:

- Experience handling VIP users, including Senior Managers, CEO, CFO and MD.
- Excellent communication and professional client-handling skills.
- Ability to resolve critical IT issues with minimal downtime.

Candidate Preference:

- Candidates residing on Mumbai Western Line or South Mumbai preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.

Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
