- Lead design projects from concept ideation through detailed design development and execution

- Translate client briefs into cutting-edge, brand-aligned spatial solutions • Develop compelling design narratives, mood boards, layouts, and premium material palettes

- Drive 3D concept development and coordinate closely with visualization teams for high-quality renders
- Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations and design decks
- Ensure design intent and quality are maintained across all project stages
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and oversee drawing packages including design development and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure execution aligns with design vision
