Qualification : B.E / B. Tech - Electrical Engineering
Experience : 7 to 10 yeas.
Substation Electrical Design experience is Mandatory.
Technical Skills
The Design Engineer ( Pooling Substation) should also have detailed knowledge of Substation equipment and their Layouts. Furthermore, He / She should have the understanding of primary engineering activities covering SLD Preparation, Layout Engineering, Earthing, Cable Routing, Lighting, Lightning Protection, Cable Tray Routing etc. He should be capable of performing design & sizing calculations of Busbar, UPS, DG, LT Transformer, Earthing Conductor, calculations (Short circuit force, Sag tension, CCC etc.).
Design
Engineer (Pooling Substation) is required to have knowledge on National and International Codes and Standards.
Proficiency in usage of Dialux , PSCAD & CYMGRD software.
