Role & responsibilities

Design and develop ,Painting and coating systems , heavy structural components. Sheet meatal design structures,

Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Create GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and assembly drawings for manufacturing.

Prepare sheet metal layouts, cutting plans, and detailed fabrication drawings.

Coordinate with the production, fabrication, and site installation teams.

Ensure designs comply with engineering standards, safety norms, and project specifications.

Conduct design modifications and improvements based on project requirements.

Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and support procurement for materials.

Review drawings and ensure accuracy before release for production.

Provide technical support during fabrication and installation stages.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Sheet meatal , structure design and heavy structural fabrication.





Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Knowledge of sheet metal design and fabrication processes.

Understanding of structural components, welding details, and fabrication drawings.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.

Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred candidate profile

ITI draftsmen/Dep./B.E. Mechanical with experience

- Solid knowledge of Sheet meatal , structure design and heavy fabrication structures
- Experience in sheet metal design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and structural assembly
- Ability to prepare GA drawings and fabrication drawings
- Understanding of mechanical and structural engineering principles
