Design Engineer

Industry: Industrial Manufacturing / Conveyor Systems / Automation

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 3D CAD models, GA layouts, and detailed 2D engineering drawings.
- Develop mechanical components and sheet metal designs.
- Work on current product development and design modifications.
- Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with production and assembly teams during project execution.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing and fabrication activities.
- Identify design improvements to enhance product efficiency.




- Ensure proper documentation and drawing version control.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (Mandatory) and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical components, gearmotors, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Good understanding of mechanical calculations and component selection.
- Knowledge of workshop practices and fabrication processes.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier and Micrometer.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
