Essential Qualification: M.Tech in Transportation Engineering / Transportation Planning / Highway Engineering or relevant specialization in Civil Engineering.

Desirable Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering with M.Tech in Transportation Engineering and exposure to Railway / Metro Alignment Design.

Location: Bangalore

Experience Range: 1 to 2 years of experience in Railway / Metro Infrastructure projects, preferably in Railway Track Alignment Design.

Skill set:

- Knowledge of railway track alignment design and geometric design principles like horizontal and vertical alignment, gradients, curves and transition curves. as per Indian Railways / Metro Rail standards
- Ability to prepare plan and profile drawings, longitudinal sections and cross-sections.
- Proficient with OpenRail / Bentley Rail Track / Civil 3D
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / any other CAD Software for preparation of drawings
- Knowledge of railway alignment standards like IRS / RDSO / UIC / EN / AREMA
- Knowledge of survey data, topographical drawings and alignment development.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and coordinate with design teams.




- Good technical documentation and problem-solving skills.

- Prepare and develop railway track alignment drawings using Civil 3D / Bentley OpenRail / Powerail Track
- Assist in horizontal and vertical alignment design based on project requirements.
- Prepare plan and profile drawings, longitudinal sections and cross-sections.
- Work with survey data and topographical information for railway alignment development.
- Review alignment drawings and identify design discrepancies.
- Coordinate with senior design engineers for technical inputs and design modifications.
- Incorporate design revisions and maintain updated CAD drawings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable railway standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for design-related requirements.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of alignment drawings.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
