Role & responsibilities

Solution Designing: -

- A think tank role, to design commercials with cost effective solutions.
- Take part in RFQs.
- Make decisions and recommendations that would normally result in winning recent or adding
- existing business in close collaboration with Business Development team.
- Ensure strategies are planned and executed to the highest levels of efficiency, always adopting
- a requirement for continuous improvement, and making use of and sharing best practice
- experience across the organization.
- Should be up breast with new technology innovations in contract logistics space.
- Ensuring customer delight by offering them a world -class service experience, winning and
- retaining customers, unlocking value by providing innovative value chain transformation
- solutions.
- Monitor projects closely and ensure completion as per timelines while providing fresh inputs
- and innovation.

Key Deliverables: -
- Lead Supply Chain Network Engineering projects from initiation to delivery stage for various
- business levels and analyse end to end supply chain of client for potential cost saving
- opportunity.
- Supply Chain Network Design-To study existing supply chain networks and analyze the impact
- of cost, customer service levels, warehouse cost & space for scenarios proposed /identified.




- Analytics - Implementation of supply chain analytics for our clients, with interactive dashboard
- using BI.
- Instrumental in supporting the supply chain team with ideas, solution design.
- Process Automation & Solution Design.
- Logistics & Route Optimization.
- Supply Chain Network Modelling.
- Revenue Generation will be the major purpose of the role which will be divided into existing
- and new businesses.
- On time delivery of the projects.
- Overall, Success ration: Won Projects/Solutions provided to companies

- Should be an aggressive go-getter with high energy levels and must have an inherent hunger for

- Must have the ability to create, develop and sustain relationships at the levels at prospective
- client companies
- Open to travel in short notice.
- B.E Plus MBA - Supply Chain Management
