Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the Centralised Registration System (CRS).
- Ensure timely processing, verification, and approval of player registrations, renewals, and transfers in compliance with AIFF, FIFA, and AFC regulations and timelines.
- Manage and oversee operations related to FIFA systems including TMS and other registration/compliance platforms used by the department from time to time.
- Handle complex and escalated registration, transfer, and compliance-related cases and provide necessary guidance to departmental staff.
- Coordinate with State Associations, Clubs, Players, FIFA, AFC, and other stakeholders regarding CRS/TMS-related matters and ensure timely resolution of issues and queries.
- Monitor compliance with applicable regulations, operational procedures, and departmental timelines related to domestic and international player registrations.
- Supervise and guide Assistant Managers, Senior Coordinators, Coordinators, and other departmental staff in execution of assigned responsibilities.
- Support implementation, testing,



and improvement of CRS/TMS processes, system enhancements, and technology-driven initiatives undertaken by the department.
- Prepare reports, maintain departmental records, and assist in data management, analysis, and documentation as required.
- Assist the In-Charge of Department in execution of projects, policy implementation, operational planning, and departmental coordination.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the In-Charge of the Department from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate degree in any discipline;
- 6 years’ experience in sports organization, federation;
