Deputy Manager - Operations
4–8 years in warehouse operations with focus on inventory management
Robust knowledge of cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliation
Experience in WMS (SAP/Manhattan, etc.)
Handling inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and stock integrity
Exposure to putaway, bin management, and SKU mapping
Coordination with inbound, outbound & finance teams
Strong focus on inventory accuracy & variance analysis
Good analytical skills (stock mismatch, ageing, write-offs)
Ability to manage cycle count planning & audit execution
Problem-solving for system vs physical discrepancies
Knowledge of process improvement (5S, root cause analysis)
Good stakeholder communication & reporting (MIS)
Attention to detail and process discipline
