Experience in handling of ticket size upto 5 CR Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation. Delivering the KRAs Effective coordination of business development & promotional activities across the division Ensure implementation of product policy and coordination with Credit, Legal, Product team, Central operations to manage customer journey from sourcing to disbursement. Process & regulatory compliance Sales force effectiveness program to build and drive best in class sales force with high productivity
