We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our Financial Reporting and Accounting team in the reinsurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, accounting, and reinsurance.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the preparation of financial reports and accounts for reinsurance operations.
- Develop and implement effective accounting systems and processes to ensure accurate financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with financial reporting and accounting.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights that inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, and reinsurance principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with accounting software and systems is required.
- Skilled certification such as CA or CFA is preferred.
