Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue, volume and profitability targets.
- Forecast sales and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Drive retail sales of backhoe loaders, excavators, graders and wheel loaders.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail and corporate customers.
- Guide the sales team, monitor performance and support them in achieving targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback; share relevant insights with the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Coordinate regional marketing activities and follow up on leads.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals and quotations, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
