Position description:

Lead for O&M; business for Business for Bio energy

Primary Responsibilities:

- Enquiry Generation for New O&M; Orders
- Conversion of Enquiries into Orders according to Business Plant

3. Handling Multiple O&M; Contracts from both Technical & Commercial aspects

4. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to maintain positive, high-performance work atmosphere.

5. Strong commercial acumen to ensure Customer commercial obligations and Praj profitability is maintained.

6. Strong Contract management skills to ensure smooth management of subcontractors.

7. Good Understanding of latest Digital Trends and implementation of same in Distillery Operations

8. Good Administrative skills to handle Customer expectations of Site O&M; performance

9. Setting Benchmarks on Operational Improvements at sites.

10. Develop Strong Industry Connect & and access to Industry talent to run distillery Operations

12. Ensure O&M; costs are in line within the budgets

- Ensure all SOPs are followed at sites.
- Able to implement safety practices at multiple sites.
- Strong commercial knowledge
- Robust in stakeholder management

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Strong Process alignment and establishment of SOPS at O&M; sites





- Ensuring all compliances to ensure Customer documentation process are met

3. Should travel to site and client HO for site & contractual issues.

4. Ability to build and sustain excellent business relationships (internally and externally) as well as high functioning teams.

Educational qualifications preferred

- Degree: ME (Mechanical / Chemical/ Environmental) or BE (Mechanical / Chemical/ Environmental. MBA shall be an added advantage.

Required work experience

- Industry: Bioenergy
- Years of experience: - 15 to 20 years of experience in total out of which 10+ years in leadership role in heading large distillery operations OR Operations maintenance experience of over 10+ years and running distillery operations for 10 years.

Required Competencies: - 1. Distillery Operations

2. Diagnose & resolve operational & technical issues to increase operational efficiencies and cost control.

3. Able to tackle manpower challenges for multiple sites.

Solid understanding of supply chain processes, continuous improvement methodologies, quality, safety

Required Skills:

1.Exposure to safety critical operations.

2.ERP knowledge would be an added advantage.

3. Demonstrated performance of handling multiple sites/ operations.
