Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including floor management, inventory management, stock audit, shrinkage control, loss prevention, and stock management.
- Oversee store setup and supervise staff to ensure efficient store operations.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to retail merchandising.
- Analyze sales data to optimize product assortment and inventory levels.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in department management or a similar role in the textile & apparel industry.
- Solid knowledge of floor management, inventory management, stock audit, shrinkage control, loss prevention, and stock management principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer service.
