Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

- Oversee floor management, ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Supervise store staff, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and loss prevention strategies.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in retail operations.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to shrinkage control and loss prevention.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in department management or similar role in retail industry.

- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate team members towards achieving goals.

- Ability to analyze data effectively using tools like Excel or other relevant software.
