Care Bridge Home is looking for experienced Nurse (ANM/GNM/BSc), Caregiver / Social Worker to provide specialised home care for a patient ( F) living with dementia in Kochi.
Location: Kochi, Ernakulam
Position: Dementia Care – Home-Based Support
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caring for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours, agitation, confusion, and behavioural changes.
- Positive communication, patience, and person-centred care skills.
- Experience in personal care, daily living assistance, and patient safety.
- Valid Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) or willingness to obtain one.
- Willingness to work in a home care environment.
Salary: Based on qualifications and experience. Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply with their CV.
