Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client forecasts and proactively follow up with clients to secure purchase orders in line with forecasted demand.
- Review and validate all received orders to ensure alignment with agreed commercial terms before submitting them to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team for further processing.
- Initiate discussions with clients for new product based on regulatory outlook and align on optimal batch sizes for operational efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure smooth production planning and timely delivery of products.
- Act as an escalation point for clients and facilitate resolution of operational or supply-related issues in a timely manner.
- Manage site transfer projects by tracking project milestones and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Track and manage ad-hoc activities related to site transfer projects and align associated costing with clients.
