- Leadership role with single point accountability for PS Delivery across all PS programs
- Portfolio size is between 100 – 150Mn
- Responsibilities include delivery, contract management, and control
- Managing Customer/Consultant/Partners
- Single point ownership for profitability of the portfolio
- Will need to support sales in recent pursuits.
Skills Required
- Must be in a leadership role, running the public sector portfolio in India
- Should be experienced in managing large complex turnkey programs
- Should understand the System Integrator role, and should have worked in an SI organization
- Strong understanding of commercials and contract management
- Should have the executive presence to work with senior bureaucrats in the Govt
- People management skills and ability to lead a team of 1000-2000 FTE’s
- Portfolio size handled should be a minimum of $80Mn revenue
